Endurance Riders

Endurance and Long Distance Equine Disciplines

Use Firefox (or whatever) - not Safari with your Mac.

John sent me these instructions for uploading my hand drawn Google map -
1) save the .kmz file and attach it (upload it) as a part of a blog entry to your home page in my-endurance (you can also keep a trainingLog/diary of the rides using the blog if you like). The blog attachment will have a link (ULR) to the .kmz file. enter that on your vetCard.
2) The other info (start, in-time/pulse-time, cri, etc....) you enter on the vet card. when all is working (which it isn't right now, your totals will show up on the main ride page.

But I couldn't find an "attach file" button anywhere when I made a blog entry... Diane kept telling me "there IS a button", so I was pretty sure it must be there somewhere.
Duh - Safari doesn't work with everything. Switched to Firefox and voila - there's a tool bar up top when you post in your blog; the file now uploads fine.

Thanks for the refresher! I seemed to have forgotten how to do this since the VV Classic. :-P

I have completed the vet card at Goggle Docs that I access using a link in an email from JT. The document says it is "automatically saved" and any reference to saving it is grayed out. How do I get it to the vv March Madness list of riders etc.? My name is not on the list either. I am so dreadfully confused as to how to get launched. I filled in the 8 rides that I did in March and have about 70 miles, but cannot figure out the system yet. HELP!!
