Hi, John.. can you help? I signed up but don't have a vet card on the list of participants. I did see the tab under the 2009 march maddness vet card but couldn't open the may flowers one.

For those without vet cards who might want to record their data on paper in the hope that JohnT will find time to run this ride I made a PDF vet card that can be printed. You will still need to record your tracks on MotionBased, GoogleEarth, etc.

The PDF is in the discussion Maqy Flowers.

Well I found a blank vet card labeled "2009 VV May Flowers" in with all my other vet cards. I assume the ride is on and starts tomorrow at sunrise. See ya all on the VV trail.

Thanks Don. No big plans for May Flowers other than to enjoy thwm. I've only got 2 sound right now, so I trade them out daily to use gathering the herd each day. No, I didn't burn them out in March, Noodle is not actually lame but rather got kicked in the tendon & has a fine goose egg there, not riding her 'til that gets looking better, don't want to create a bigger problem. Monty ran into a tree or something & poked a hole in his forearm, very sore boy. :o( On the other hand, I have started my donkey under saddle so maybe he could log a mile or two. :o)

Hello Marirose,
You thought I forgot...you're right...but better late than never. Capps Meadows profile appears to be quite flat, it's a meadow right? My software got 20.3mi with 550 feet of gain. Fanny Peak profile shows a good climb at the start of 1500 feet then a lesser climb up on the peak with 2400 feet of gain overall and 30.0mi.
So what is your plan this time? 50mi per day for 10 days might get first place?

Getting antsy to join the 09 VVMay Flowers :) What's up, John T? I want to be able to count Longstreet's Charge!

I just sent an email to John asking about the May Flowers rides. I just realized it was May 3rd. I think the listing we see is from last year. But I could be wrong.

Is it too soon to sign up for May Flowers 2009? I see my name on the list, but wonder if it was from last year. Some folks have miles listed, but I don't. I think I did some rides last May (2008) so am puzzled.
