House is so so, but livable. it will be much easer to live there and work on it than work on every weekend. We are going to try to get the horses down the following week, if i get the fencing done. No barn for us yet maybe during the winter when things slow down. We will have to meet up soon my wife is exicited to get the horse in the Fort so we can start riding again.
