Is it too soon to sign up for May Flowers 2009? I see my name on the list, but wonder if it was from last year. Some folks have miles listed, but I don't. I think I did some rides last May (2008) so am puzzled.

Discovered this passion --horseback riding and having my own horse-at 52 years old. Late bloomer, but thrilled to have found this sport. I have two horses, neither a terrific endurance candidate, but I do enjoy the LDs and support the sport with my membership and extra for the trails funds.
Thanks for the condolences. The Fort Ord ride I did on 3/28 was a BLAST. I had never ridden out of that trail head before and I remember telling my friend that it was the best conditioning ride that I had ever had - the parking was great, the horse was great, I got there before anyone else, and it was gorgeous. A great note to end on.
