Hi ya' sis... so you finally took the time to do this huh? I think I have Amber talked into going to the convention with us. All it took was her knowing I was going to drive to KY by myself. She's such a good friend! :)

Witch Way

Annabelle and I traveled to Stillwater, OK this past weekend to ride Witch Way. The AHA Championship was held at Lake Carl Blackwell last week and they had done a lot of work on the trails over the past few months. I like riding at Lake Carl Blackwell and the park management has really been good to us there. Belinda did a great job as ride manager. Biltmore

After a devastating shoulder injury this Spring at Race the Trace, Annabelle is back in training. We are hoping to do a 50 at the Biltmore in September. I took her up to Falling Waters this past weekend and she did very well with all the hills. So far there is no sign of lameness. Everyone says that she looks great and should have no problem with a 50 as long as I can stay on her back. I have great friends.

2009 Eagle Ranch

Two days at Eagle Ranch. Plenty of mud and rocks on trail. Came off my horse AGAIN. (Not her fault this time.) You would think it was a horrible weekend, however... you could not have marked a trail as well as this one was marked. Ride management was great. Most of my ride camp friends were there, even though we did not get to socialize much due to the weather. But the truely great thing about this weekend was that Annabelle and I did our very first 50.
