Love spending my free time exploring new trails with my family and friends so conditioning is my favorite part of the sport. I force myself to do at least one 100 miler each year so I am committed to being at the gym 3-5 days/wk at 0500 for my horse... but my husband appreciates this, too. If you haven't already done so, check our rides through the Redwoods: Chalk Rock, Redwood I & II, Cuneo Creek, and Chamberlain Creek.

Trying to get them over to endurance.net but they are having too much fun with their non-endurance type friends.
What rides do you have planned for spring? Will you be coming down this way any time soon? If you do - you know you have a place to stay!
