- Started enduranceriding in 1998 with my Trotter. I only started short distances with him. Since 2006 I own a young Arab gelding (born june 2002).
Last year he had an accident and he broke his withers. He recovered well and now I'm preparing him for the 80+ rides and two days and longer events.

It was the very steep hill on the rollercoaster section. They have a ride in that area now called the "Get Up and Go, Ho Ho Whoa Ride"! Lots of hills and we are in the National Forrest for a lot of it. My friend Tara is the ride manager, so I usually volunteer to be the drag rider for her. What are the competitions like in the Netherlands?
