We got a headcollar on her! Whew!
And led her over to the barn, but I decided she's not going in the round pen just yet. I don't think we'd catch her again very soon! So she's in a stable, and that's where she'll stay for a few day…
I am starting a 5 year old chestnut mare that has not been handled since she was weaned. She has been running in a herd of 20 horses, and although most of the herd has been able to be caught, this mare and her 4 year old buddy mare have always elude…
I recently bought a horse that was named Killarny, and the owner called him Killer. She sold him because he was too difficult for her to ride, he reared, he bucked, he kicked horses and people, and he scared her to death.

I have been an endurance horse and rider trainer in beautiful Queensland, Australia for the past 7 years. In that time I have trained over 100 horses and over 85 riders. My business also caters for international riders who wish to come to Australia and experience our version of endurance riding.
If you want kms just click 'calculate' for miles click 'british units' before calculate. You can click for elevation, but I've never had that be different when I've tried it.
Hi Jay, once you get your path on GE., right click & 'save as'. It then becomes one of your documents. Then you can upload it into the track logs discussion., from there, you can copy & past onto your vet card. I don't know why it's measuring shorter. Are you using the google tool to measure the path? The site I use is at this link:http://www.emaltd.net/google/gec/utilities/index.asp?l=en
Are you still planning on riding on the Tevis trail during your convention trip? Any others hoping/planning to join you? Of course, only the lower section is ridable, so I'd likely plan a trip from Auburn Overlook to the river crossing at Poverty Bar.

Looking forward to meeting you soon! Beck came riding with me and hopefully enjoyed herself!!...I am very lucky to be riding through the EI...I am on nearly 200 acres with lots of trails. I am training like mad for the ban to be lifted and looking forward to my first endurance ride!
Hi Jay,
thanks for your kind words
