It is so nice to go out for a Sunday Ride. We have now found an all weather trail built by our Missouri DNR, it has geoweb or someother textile laid down and small creek rock placed on top and rolled in. It is kind of soft and perfect footing. Keeps us from riding in the mud and tearing up other trails. The trail complex is about 45 minutes north of me.

Rode with some friends about 7 miles on Saturday. Today was full of Tornado watches and heavy wind. Not riding in that!
My computer is giving me trouble, so I'm not able to access Motion based or my Vet card. I know it's my computer issues, as I was able to access both of them on my work computer. But at work can't upload anything! Can't hardly do anything! Other than work. Darn the luck.

Hooray! I have a day off of work and it's going to be in the 70's here in Central Missouri. I called up one of my neighbors and we will do a "road ride". Riding on our county gravel roads. Horses don't have shoes on yet, but the sides of the road are fairly soft, so it shouldn't be too bad. We have BIG limestone rock on our gravel roads. The plan is to go out and have fun.. and trot up all the little hills for some heart rate conditioning. More later!

I did ride today, but only got a little over a mile. I was riding my granddaughter's BLM Mustang. He is so pokey, he has a 2.9 mph walk!
My ride got cut short.
I had some trees cut down on my property next to my house, and when I was riding on that pasture, I saw that someone had been on the property spliting and taking the wood.
