Will I ever learn?

I am heading to a Chris Cox clinic in March. I have ridden with him before and I think he is brilliant. My plan was to have Allison ride Gator and I was going to ride Dinero. Learned a new skill

I recently lost my farrier. As we all know, it is hard to find a decent farrier. I found one guy who hadn't done horses for a few years and it showed. So then I called another guy who did alright but when it came time to talk about shoeing, he wanted to do a "balanced" trim and use square shoes. I passed on that.
