Yeah Chester! Before Thanksgiving, I got Chester started with his first ever "ride" with a little help from Dian (for holding) and Hubby (for taking pics and video). Chester was truly and angel the entire time, even though he was uncomfortable. I am very pleased with his… Continue

Sally I see you are looking at hoof boots. Please look at the Renegade hoof Boot. they are so easy to put on even a arthritic hands can do . no glue no mess. the only thing is you have to work with your farrier for proper fitting. Well thats not hard. They suvived our mud and rain out here so what can I say. cole

Hi Sally.
You have to make sure you have the right size easy boot. Saturn's stay on over his shoes. I know other riders who use vet wrap to wrap the horses hoof before putting the boot on, to snug it up. I don't have to use anything for him. So far, they have stayed on for me in water, and mud. But I haven't done any deep, sucking mud yet to test them in. Cheryl~

I usually make it a point to shake hands with any Sallys that I meet. I think we are a pretty suave bunch. :) Since I can’t, I figured I would do the next best thing and just say hi! Good luck with Chester!

It is VERY fun. :-)) Gives you a reason to ride all the time...you'll no longer think, "do I want to ride?" You just think, "I need to ride". Makes all the difference so you'll get out and do it. Horse is no longer ornamental. :-))
