About Me:
I am a new breeder and a new endurance rider. I have had 30+ years of working with horses. Mostly riding for cattle and fixin fence and so on. In my twenty's I started conditioning horses for endurance for myself and others but until I got started in the business I never even thought about riding races. I will hopefully start racing in 2011 in 25's and maybe a couple of fifty's on Khadesha we'll see how well two old farts do in the races LOL No matter what though I will still be riding and conditioning the two lines we have now (Tezeros Reflection and a witez II stallion) I hope to learn a lot from the folks here maybe you guys and galls can teach an old rider and an old horse a few new things. I look forward to it.
We have 6 children two Grand children,5 dogs 9 horses chickens, cats and Ducks. My wife is working on a Biblical degree, and I have been through Pastoral training through the 4 square church. I am currently a worship Pastor and loving every minute of it The Lord Bless you and Keep you.

Advice needed and muchly appriciated!!!

Posted on December 27, 2010 at 2:24pm 7 Comments

We are new to the breeding business and so any advice would definitely be appriciated. I am also a new rider to the endurance scene. I have conditioned them for others and of course I spent many an hour in the saddle with my mares and one gelding. I've been riding all my life mainly on Mustangs and Arabs. My uncle was a mustang man for 40 years rounding them up in eastern Oregon so obtaining a horse was never a problem. Just because I am a very experienced rider doesn't mean I know anything…
