Friday is the first day of the weekend in Egypt so it's the first day of my heavy working days. My first set of clients today were a couple of high school girls who come to ride every weekend. Neither of them are the most courageous riders, although Nancy rides one of my more difficult horses, Dooby. We did an easy round along the bottom edge of the desert below the pyramids of Abu Sir and then back along the canals. Bunduq was delighted to get out and be annoying to the other horses. Competitive little jerk. He's been off with a cracked sesamoid and I was happy to see almost no lingering traces of lameness when we did the CRI at the end.
