Tevis 2009 with my horse Brusy-Flame aka
*DIVA* we rode 94 out of the 100 miles and were pulled at Lower Quarry. Diva had lost her right hind shoe,
and her left was falling off upon entry to LQ. It took 55 min until we could present to the vet as we had to wait in line to get rear shoes put on, and she had stiffened up in the cold quarry during the wait, so the vets pulled her. We had a great time riding with new friends made along the way, the Tevis Volunteers were Terrific as usual. Thanks to my Family for their continual support and to my crew ,the Jordan family, and the Gang at Folsom Lake Equestrian Center you guys are Fantastic. See ya next year !!
