now. Nearly every Endurance Rider I know has a first aid kit at some
level or another.
Bare necessities for me are: Vet Wrap, ice wraps, bandage (usually a
kotex) for bleeding, polo wraps. All of this I can carry on the
saddle have in the trailer.

i have been really slack with my training!..all the rain has had everything in mud up to your knees! enjoy the u.s. (lucky buggar!) and if you need a bed in scotland my mum has a comfy couch!..dont forget to try the haggis!...hopefully my float will be finished when you get back and i will come out for a ride ...take care jules
