Hi Daunna, I am not good with this site either. I wish it was raining here, it has been way to cold lately. Today the high was 7 degrees and it felt warm!! The horses have just been sitting around getting fat and eating lots. We have them on round bales 24/7 and in the cold they are going through 2 in a week (12 horses). When it is warmer than 35 or so they last 2 weeks. As soon as the weather breaks we will be back to riding. i want to take a few horses to the City Slickers ride the middle of March so that means I have to start training here pretty quick, although both horses we take will be pretty fit from last year. Hope all is well and we will talk soon.

Hi Donna . I will not be doing many if any rides this year. Just doing pleasure rides at EFS and BSF and other good-ole-boy camp places. Omni is no longer suitable for endurance. Does well just with play rides - no real work. I also need a break from it. Has not been fun for me over the past few years. Time to quit

Nothing This has proven a lot more difficult thatn I can handle, a guy purchased 3 horses from a farm in Bowling Green and aparently is vanning them, but offer no room with them. I reply to the last email you sent but never heard back from you. I have at least to pay the expenses of your troublre ( Vet, Calls,Etc.) please let me know!!

I don't think the average Endurance Rider has IV supplies at hand.
Nor do most have IV drugs on hand. I personally do have Bute paste
now. Nearly every Endurance Rider I know has a first aid kit at some
level or another.

Bare necessities for me are: Vet Wrap, ice wraps, bandage (usually a
kotex) for bleeding, polo wraps. All of this I can carry on the
saddle have in the trailer.
